2027 Open Soup Kitchen Dates
WEEKEND/HOLIDAY VOLUNTEERS
A GROUP of 5 people is needed. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A GROUP, CONTACT US ANYWAY!
The group will be responsible for opening up, cooking, serving, cleaning up and closing up the soup kitchen.
Someone from the group will need to meet with the Soup Kitchen Coordinator.
Groups usually arrive by 10a, dining room opens from 11:30a - 12:30p and volunteers are usually through by 1p.
The food is provided by the ministry and will need to be warmed up.

SUNDAYS ARE SPECIAL. Volunteers can open up early and have devotions before serving the meal! It's a wonderful time to worship and serve!

Soup Kitchen Ministry
- Provides a hot noon meal from (11:30 to 12:30) everyday of the year to an average of 143 people.
- Involves approximately 225 volunteers in this ministry
- Served 23,610 meals last year
- Uses volunteer groups (5 - 10 people) to cover weekends and holidays
