Christmas Ministry Guidelines
INTERVIEW PROCESS....
FOR CHRISTMAS FOOD:
- NO PAPERWORK IS NEEDED TO RECEIVE FOOD
- EVERYTHING IS DONE IN PERSON, YOU CAN SEND SOMEONE ON YOUR BEHALF.
- CHRISTMAS FOOD IS IN ADDITION TO THE MONTHLY FOOD GIVEN OUT.
- We would like clients to answer TEFAP form questions
FOR CHRISTMAS TOYS (14 YEARS OLD AND UNDER)
EVERYTHING IS DONE IN PERSON, YOU CAN SEND SOMEONE ON YOUR BEHALF.
Client or person coming for client will need to show:
· PROOF OF ADDRESS, SUCH AS RECENT BILL WITH NAME/ADDRESS ON IT
· PROOF OF INCOME FOR EVERYONE IN THE HOME
· DOCUMENTS PROVING CUSTODY OF CHILD (Social Security cards/Tax Return/Tax Identification number)
- We work with you, if you do not have paperwork need
IF SOMEONE DOES NOT HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
IF A CLIENT DOES NOT HAVE ALL THEIR INFORMATION, WE WILL WORK WITH THEM UNTIL THEY HAVE HAD TIME TO GATHER THAT INFORMATION.

Location: 207 S Poplar St Lincolnton
Food is given out Monday - Friday, 9a to 1p. We are the
TEFAP distributor (Federal food) for Lincoln County. For that food, households self declare the income and that they are in Lincoln County. No paperwork/ID is needed.
For our donated food, households need proof of the household income & address.
We are first come/first serve, so no appointment is necessary. If someone can not come themself, send their information with someone who can come for them. They need to send a note stating that the person is representing them.
